Comcast California gave dozens of prizes to loyal customers as part of our 2017 Festive Fleet.
It was a chilly early December morning in Fresno. Our technicians met at the sunrise, like every morning, but this time instead of preparing to do their normal service calls they were getting ready to play Santa and surprise our customers with free televisions, iPads and gift cards.
It’s all part of our 2017 Festive Fleet. An initiative that started three years ago with the purpose of thanking a longtime loyal customer or surprising someone who needed something else to smile about this holiday season.
How does it work? Besides bringing technology to our customer’s houses, our technicians often become aware of our customer’s life stories. During Festive Fleet, our technicians can nominate a customer whose life story inspired or moved them.
