Sponsorship

Comcast’s commitment to our customers and the communities we serve goes well beyond offering the best in video, voice and Internet services. Even though we’ve invested more than a billion dollars in our Utah network throughout the last decade, and continue to invest millions each year, we believe one of our most important investments is giving back to Utah through community improvement events, programs, and local sponsorships.

Comcast contributes to numerous community organizations in Utah, and each of the approximately 1,300 Comcast employees in Utah is committed to making a difference in the communities we serve.

Comcast supports a variety of organizations throughout Utah. If you’d like to apply for funding or airtime or both, you can submit an interest form below.  Please be aware, Comcast receives many more applications for funding than we or any similar company could ever fund. We often wish we could say yes to everyone. We just can’t say yes to everyone. We do have a number of established partners, but welcome new ideas.

Organizations requesting support from Comcast must be tax-exempt as designated in Section 501c(3) of the IRS and not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, age, disability, religious beliefs or income levels.

Any event or sponsorship supported by Comcast must be within a community served by Comcast and should generally reflect one of Comcast’s focus areas. Those focus areas include

  • Education
  • Literacy
  • Youth programs, especially after-school programs
  • Youth and technology
  • A situation commonly known as the ‘Digital Divide’
  • Diversity
  • Community-building
