Festive Fleet, a Celebration of Connection With Our Customers

At Comcast, we pride ourselves on creating truly special moments of connection. We value every opportunity we get to connect with our customers. Whether that takes place at one of our Xfinity stores, online, over the phone, but especially when we enter a customer’s home. We value every point of interaction we have with our customers.

One way to show this is with our employee-driven initiative, Festive Fleet. For the past five years now, the Comcast California team comes together to show our appreciation during the holiday season by surprising some of our customers with very special gifts. Festive Fleet is led by our employees, based on the interactions with customers, they select who to surprise and what the surprise will be. This year, we delivered close to 100 gifts to customers from across the California Region–some of these gifts ranged from iPods, TVs, gift cards, and other personalized gifts.

This time, we went to Yuba City to surprise Jennifer and Cecilia, two very deserving mothers. Watch the video to see how we surprised them:
